DAP Seputeh 2D/1N Penang Trip on 26-7-2008.

DAP Seputeh will be organising a 2 days 1 night trip to Penang on the 26th July 2008, the only state controlled by the DAP. The itinery of the trip include meeting the Chief Minister of Penang who is also the DAP secretary Sdr Lim Guan Eng.The package tour will include visiting all the intersting places in the island.

Protest against the Parking meter at Taman Sg Besi

DAP Salak South held a press conference to protest against the installation of parking meter at Taman Sg Besi on Friday, 27th June 2008.About 50 residents came to show full support for the protest.

DAP Salak South N/V AGM 2008/2009

DAP Salak South N/V held their 2008/2009 AGM on 23rd June 2008 at the DAP Salak South branch office at Taman Sg Besi which was witnessed by Seputeh MP Sdr Teresa Kok. Abdullah Chong and Fong Kok Leong was retained as the Chiarman and Secretary post respectively.There were many new faces elected in the committee which was warmly welcome by Teresa Kok.

Gotong Royong at Taman Sg Besi Blok 14-20

DAP Salak South NV organised a gotong royong exercise at Taman Sg Besi Block 14 to Block 20 with the participation of DBKL and Alam Flora on Monday morning 22th June 2008. About 20 residents also help out in the Gotong Royong activity.

DAP FT New member orientation and briefing

DAP Federal Territory Kuala Lumpur held a new member orientation and briefing session for new members at the Federal Hotel,Kuala Lumpur on Sunday 22nd June 2008. More than 100 new members from all over Kuala Lumpur attended the convention which was also attended the Seputeh MP Teresa Kok, Cheras MP Sdr Tan Kok Wai and Segambut MP Sdr Lim Lip Eng.

Malaysian Spring Single Mothers' Society Party at DAP Salak South branch.

Malaysian Spring Single Mothers' Society http://www.springsinglemom.com organised a party at DAP Salak South New Village on 7/6/08 from 3pm to 6pm. The Special Guest was Ms Cheh Chooi Jing a lawyer by profession.About 100 single mothers together with their children participated in the event. Among the activities carried out were prize presentation to the children of single mother who obtained good result. Beside that gifts were also given out to all single mothers who attended.There were plenty of delicious food served to the participants.

Taman Sg Besi Resident Association Meeting

Taman Sg Besi Resident Association held their meeting at the DAP Salak South branch on 11th June 2008 which was chaired by the Association Chairman Mr KC Leong.
